The team at Oui takes pride in producing pieces of a high standard and all of our garments undergo a thorough quality control process to ensure an immaculate finish. In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for a repair or a replacement with an identical product. Please get in touch with our online support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order, with a description of the fault and images to support your claim.
You will be advised to return your order once a return authorization has been approved. We recommend you use an insured and trackable shipping service as Oui The Label and Chérie By Oui are not responsible for damage or loss by couriers, postal services or any shipping services. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility and unless your order has been confirmed to be faulty, postage fees cannot be re-imbursed.
